Fundraising with Xstream AutoClean Complete

Xstream AutoClean believes in community involvement and wants to help organizations with their fundraising needs. We offer a fundraising program that is flexible, profitable and also fun and easy.

Xstream AutoClean Fundraising Highlights

  • Your organization purchases Xstream AutoClean Fundraiser cards, valued at $15 each, for only $7.50.
  • You decide on the selling price of the cards, up to a maximum of its face value of $15. If you sell the cards for $15 each, you keep 50% of the profit. If you believe your organization can raise more money by selling more cards for less than the face value of $15, you have the option to sell them for any amount between $7.50 and $15.
  • Your fundraising participants are able to make the sale and give the cards to the consumer immediately, with no return visits to deliver anything. Plus the consumer has the benefit of getting their card on the spot.
  • When the consumer redeems their card at Xstream AutoClean, they will receive our Xstream #4 Tire Shine Wash which includes the following: Pre Soak, Body Foamer, Underbody Wash, Wheel Foamer, Wheel Blaster, Triple Foaming Polish, High Pressure Rinse, ICE Vehicle Protectant, Blazin' Glaze Protectant, Spot-Free Rinse, Xstream Air Dry, Hand Finish and HAND APPLIED Tire Shine.

Steps to Xstream Fundraising:

  1. Choose a date to begin your fundraising campaign.
  2. Decide how many participants will be selling cards and how many cards each will sell.
  3. Complete the simple acknowledgement form and fax to our corporate office at 806.771.6823.
  4. Give Xstream AutoClean five (5) days advance notice for the number of cards you need along with the Xstream AutoClean Complete location that is most convenient for you to pick up the cards.
  5. The Xstream location will contact you to arrange a time to pick up your fundraising cards and leave a refundable deposit.
  6. Start selling your cards. If you accept checks, have consumers make their check out to your organization, not to Xstream AutoClean.
  7. You have until the “Fundraising Due Date for Returning Money” stated on your acknowledgement to notify us to process your deposit check, or replace it with cash and/or a single check from your organization.

Xstream Fundraising Profit Example:

25 participants sell 10 cards each. Your organization purchases 250 cards for $7.50 each and sells them for $15.00 each. You have raised $1875 in no time!!!
