Q: Do I stay in my vehicle during the wash process?

A: Yes, you remain in your vehicle during the wash process. Please see signage for additional instructions.

Q: How long does it take to go through the carwash?

A: The normal wash process takes about 5 minutes. This time can vary based on the amount of preparation each vehicle requires. We want to make sure that all vehicles leave our facility clean.

Q: I don’t feel comfortable being in the car during the wash process, can someone do it for me?

A: Yes, just inform your Sales Advisor and we will arrange for someone to ride in your vehicle through the tunnel. We have a lobby at each location where you may wait for your vehicle.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my wash?

A: Xstream AutoClean takes pride in making sure we provide an excellent product. However, if we fail to get your vehicle clean we will be more than happy to rewash it at no charge. You will receive the same wash package that you originally purchased. If you are unable to get your vehicle rewashed, due to time constraints or other unique circumstances, the Manager on Duty will make arrangements to accommodate you in some other way.

Q: Can I redeem my rain check at any location?

A: Yes, your rain check receipt is valid at all of our locations.

Q: What do I do if it rains all three days of my rain check?

A: We will be more than happy to honor your rain check on the first full day of nice weather.

Q: Can I use my gift card at any location?

A: Yes, your gift card is valid at any of our locations.

Q: Do you wash duallies?

A: Our Xstream AutoClean Complete locations do offer hand wash options, but we are not able to wash any dual wheel vehicles through our tunnels. See location features for more details.

Q: Do you vacuum the inside?

A: Our Xstream AutoClean Complete locations offer interior and detail services. See location features for more details. We do not vacuum the inside of the vehicle at our express exterior locations, which offer self serve quarter operated vacuums.

Q: What is the three digit number that is written on my windshield?

A: Xstream AutoClean uses a computerized point of sale system that is linked to all of the equipment in the carwash tunnel. The three digit number on your windshield is a randomly generated number which specifies your wash package and ties it to your vehicle.

Q: How do I know I am receiving the carwash I paid for?

A: Our carwash uses a sophisticated computer system to ensure that each vehicle receives the carwash which was purchased. You will also see the NEON/LED signage light up when that service is being applied to your vehicle.

Q: Do you offer an “all you can wash” special?

A: We do not currently offer an “all you can wash” special, but we do have cash cards available for purchase. We offer a 10% discount on sales from $25-199 and 15% on sales over $200.

Q: What is the sticker I always see on vehicles around town?

A: The sticker you are seeing is part of our Xstream VIP Club. This is a free loyalty program that allows our customers to receive discounts on certain days as well as a free wash on your birthday, every 10th wash free, and a chance at winning random carwashes. Ask for an application at any of our locations.

Q: Is Xstream AutoClean a franchise?

A: No, all Xstream AutoClean locations are company owned and operated.

Q: Xstream looks like a great place to work, what do I need to do to apply?

A: Please visit any of our locations and ask for an employment application.

Q: Why do I have to clean out the bed of my truck prior to getting a carwash?

A: Items and debris left in the bed of a truck could potentially get caught in the brushes, curtains, or blown out of the bed damaging your or other vehicles. To be safe we ask that you clear any items or debris from the bed of your truck.

Q: What is your policy concerning muddy vehicles?

A: Allowing muddy vehicles to proceed through any carwash tunnel is dangerous and can result in damage to vehicle paint. Xstream AutoClean Complete locations offer a muddy vehicle service. Any vehicles with “caked” or heavy mud will be redirected to the hand wash bay. This service is completed by hand and will ensure that your vehicle is not damaged during the wash process. Xstream AutoClean Xpress carwash locations ask that “caked” or heavy mud be removed from your vehicle prior to visiting the wash location.

Q: How tall a vehicle can you wash?

A: The clearance of our tunnels range from 90 to 96 inches. You will see a red clearance bar at our express locations. If you cannot fit under the bar we are not able to express wash your vehicle. Xstream AutoClean Complete locations offer hand wash services for these unique vehicles.
